Large Sicilian silver chandelier with six lights
Palermo hallmark featuring an eagle with outstretched wings and ‘RUP’, the ‘AN*’ hallmark of an unidentified silversmith, and assay master’s hallmarks: ‘GL65’ for Gaspare Leone (documented from 1727) and 1765, followed by ‘SM66’ for Salvatore Mercurio and 1766.
